The location is marvellous and awesome right by la Zenia beach, bars and restaurants and the sea, and the rooms are air-conditioned. Check out The Quiet Man, its 500 metres away.

Tranquil Location and Friendly Host 🏖️

Located right by Cabo Roig, this place offers a peaceful and beautiful setting. The host greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home.

Convenient location close to bars, restaurants, and the beach 🏖. The staff was friendly and provided useful amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. The host gave us a warm welcome.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The hostess was very attentive and easy to reach via phone or text. The property itself was very clean and recently renovated. When I arrived, there were 2 bottles of water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge as a welcome gift. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and attentive staff.

The balcony overlooking the courtyard is fairly small and can get very hot, making it impractical to use.

Lara, our host, made sure our check-in went smoothly and checked in on us to ensure we were happy. The apartment was clean throughout and the two air-conditioning units kept us cool. Having a parking space directly at the apartment was a bonus too.

The only minor drawbacks were the fairly small balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was too hot to use, and the ventilation hood not working properly. Additionally, there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom, possibly due to a water issue, so we had to keep the door closed.

We loved the fact that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. the parking space right at the apartment was also a convenient bonus.
